I have a slide that is marked PI on the inside / on the top it has a 1/2 inch X with serifs - what would be the reason for the X? Thanks!!

@Sean, Slides are often found with a random letter on them, either on the inside or outside bottom, believed to be an inspector marking. 1/2 inch sounds kinda large though.

Thank you, but the photo-credit goes to Milsurp Collector on the CMP, I only added the clubs information and arrows to point out the differences.

The chart Newscottlander posted is from one of our newsletters explaining our system, and that was followed by a snippet of our datasheet.

The common system that the vast majority of people adopted is from Reisch. The flaw with that system is that it leaves out some of the finer details and a variation or two.
