I was not sure if a batter could balk so I went to the rule book

By rule, a batter can not cause a pitcher to balk. A balk is the result of an illegal action by the pitcher while any base is occupied. If the batter leaves the batter's box with both feet during the pitch and the pitcher delivers the pitch, two strikes are called on the batter.

So get back in the box, 3 balls two strikes. Swing, miss, or walk

LOL, well you pulled your swing on this one.

It is an Underwood bolt that someone attempted to weld up the marking and stamped the lug.

The problem is when welding it messes with the hardening of the bolt, more specifically the lug may now be compromised. If the lug was annealed to stamp it may be too soft. The welding area heat creeped to the back of the lug where it locks up in the receiver.
Think of what the damage to the receiver would be when the bolt breaks.

Next we have what must be the Holy Grail submitted by a member.
We usually try not to post current auctions.

Guy revised that buy now price 3-15.

Same guy also has one listed for $1,750.00 OBO. He's out in California, may need a tank of gas.

Too many 'Roller' coaster rides must have been dizzy.
I like the up side down RN better or the double stamped doglegs......
So many to pick from, could be a Legend on our Sunday Funnies.

Diamond'd KR,
I'm wondering where they came up with that idea?
Wish I could measure the thickness, where it's marked.
Think it was ground away to stamp this mark?

See no signs of over stamping, though I suspect manipulating or the grinding thinner mentioned above.
Also see NO hardness punch marks.

Possible it's a Cast Hammer?
Either way someone thinks it's worth over $40+.... With NO returns accepted.
3 bidders, all with many transactions. Current lead bidder with over 2105..... I bet he's on pins and needles as the clock ticks down:14:38, 14:37........

Interesting but pitiful at the same time.

Thx Dan,

Ch-P777
