Hmm, that is special. Once an M1A1 always an M1A1.

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Not a toy for the kids, fully functional 1/2 scale like the original, non-firing miniature hand made in Russia about 20 years ago by Miniart. Not the current day Miniart in Ukraine. Value is currently approximately $3000 Jim |

Nice reproduction and if I were a kid, I’d love it. Would beat playing army with stick-guns for sure.

Below is an auction link with pictures of a consecutive serial #. Pretty good detail, not sure I'd pay 3k though.

Go to all that trouble and use a bent nail to secure the aperture.

The past week I've been in contact with Driskill. His site shows several Miniart carbines that have sold but not when or for how much. He wants to buy this one and another in this collection. To no surprise, the miniatures have their own collectors. I'll post pics of another in the next day or so. Jim |

This one is 18" long. All parts were made to 1/2 scale and like the originals. Stock and handguard are wood, not plastic.
