Short notice, I hear there will be a carbine display at this show.
If you are going make a post so others can meet up with you.

show had a pretty good crowd.
There were several carbines on tables. One IBM had a price of 2300.
There was a Plainfield registered M2 asking price of 13000.

Displays were all against the back wall..
The carbine display was next to a Fox Carbine display..
The Fox has absolutely nothing to do with the M1 carbine. Foxcarbine.com. was interesting as the prototype parts were on display.

Will post pics of the carbines on display when I can get to it.

Another good day at the show. the two day total was I believe just over 800 in attendance, which is great for such a small venue
Lots of people stopped by the display. About 200 serial number cards were picked up off the display.
A few people brought in carbines to show off or to ask questions about.
Interesting was the number of the younger generations interested in, and familiar with the IR equipment.

Norwich93, who had his own table, lent a carbine to the display. Afew items on loan from members to display.Smile

On display was a "Sniperscope." T3 carbine with an M1 Infrared scope.
A M2 Scope on a "Snooperscope" grip
A M3 Carbine which was a late Inland with a M3 scope

A late original M1a1

There was supposed to be an M2 displayed but unfortunately circumstances changed.Unhappy

A 4 digit Inland Bavarian with the sight on the front ring representing the "Occupation Carbines"

Howa M1 carbine representing the "Commercial Carbines"

A Chinese "Copycat" carbine which will be the subject of a future article

A Rock-ola "TEST" carbine which was featured in the newsletters

A Underwood Presentation carbine.

If anyone hears of an M1 scope, complete or in pieces, I would really be interested for my T3. I would also like to find a 1945 contract M2 scope as well.

thanks, it was short notice and could not have done it without the help of some key people.

The YCGG has been around since 1944

Education is a big thing they push, so appropriate displays and sales. No beef Jerkey or arts and crafts.

I should have taken pics of the other displays. However I think the carbine display was the biggest draw based on reviews of others displaying.

Might have gotten a few good leads on some carbines of interest!
